Is this really free?
Yes. The property pays my commission when you lease. You pay nothing to me, ever. No application handling fees, no service retainers, no hidden charges. If anyone tells you a Houston locator who charges you is the same as one who doesn't, they haven't read the reviews of the ones who charge.
I have an eviction. Can you help?
Probably. I work with broken leases, evictions, and low credit every day. If your eviction is recent and you're already on a shaky lease, I might tell you to wait before moving, that's not what other locators will tell you, but it's the truth. Either way, the call is free and ten minutes long.
I have low credit.
I've been able to place renters with low credit scores. Not every Houston property I work with will go super low, but a few will, and those are exactly the doors I know how to open.
I have a felony.
I generally can't help. Some misdemeanors, occasionally yes. Old, non-violent felonies, sometimes yes. Call me and I'll tell you straight rather than waste your time.
I'm not in Houston yet.
That's a lot of my clients. We do the whole thing on the phone. I'll walk you through Houston neighborhoods, what your income needs to look like (3x rent, three paystubs), and which properties are realistic for your situation. You've either leased online or by the time you land, you're signing.
How long does this take?
Most of my clients are in their new apartment within a week of our first call. Some take a few days longer if a property's leasing office is backed up. If you have a hard move-in date, tell me on the call and I'll work backwards from it.
